Dr Tania Kuerzdoerfer
Dr. Tania is the proud owner of MountainView Veterinary Clinic. Dr Tania graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2003. She was born and raised in Midland. She grew up on a small hobby farm about a 3 minute drive from the clinic. Her clinic has been built on a vision of supreme client service, maintaining the old fashioned friendly small town veterinary atmosphere, while providing high quality and compassionate veterinary care in her hometown. She has always had a passion and love for all animals, this has blossomed into a career that allows her to help others maintain that human animal bond, and help people’s best friends live the best life possible.
Dr. Tania has a keen focus on oral health care, but enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine.
Her dream could not have been possible without the dedicated and amazing support of her entire family. In her off time, she loves spending time with her husband Mike, her two boys Kaidon and Austin, her German Shepherd Sable, her 3 cats, chickens, and her palomino horse Finn.
Natalie, Head Technician (RVT)
Natalie graduated from the three year Veterinary Technologist program at St-Lawrence college in 2004. She has worked since graduating in small animal practice and maintains her RVT (Registered Veterinary Technologist) status with dedicated continuing education. She has an especially great affinity for lab work and cytology.
Natalie was born and raised in the area and she is fluent in both French and English languages.
Natalie is part of a family of 4 with her husband, daughter, and son. She also has a cat named Gaston whom is revered within her household. In her off time, REP hockey and REP lacrosse keep her and her family very busy during the year. Natalie's family's most fancied pastime is boating on our unparalleled beautiful Georgian Bay. They enjoy anchoring at their favorite place, which is Hope island, and snorkeling the wrecks that lie beneath the sparkling surface with her children.
Monique, RVT
Hi there! My name is Monique. I am a Registered Veterinary Technician. I graduated from the Georgian College Vet Tech program August of 2021 with honors as well as their vet assistant program in 2019. I am a level 2 Fear Free certified professional, which means I do everything I can to eliminate fear, anxiety and stress in patients that I am working with and currently working on becoming a pet nutritional coach.
I have a family of eight which includes my husband, daughter, son and our 2 dogs (Sady and Grace) and 2 rabbits (Cow and Pudding).
I have always loved animals, small, large, mini and exotics. I am very thankful I get to work with them as part of my career. I am very excited to be part of this great team here at Mountainview Veterinary clinic and looking forward to meeting all of you and your fur babies.

Heather, Veterinary Assistant (VA)
Heather was raised in a home surrounded by animals of many sorts. All of the animals in her life have been loved and cared for as valued family members. She brings this love of all creatures to her work, understanding just how important pets are to their families. In addition to being highly efficient, she possesses a natural ability to identify what her clients needs are, and act accordingly. She has her Vet Assistant certification, but has obtained many additional skills from her volunteer work in a vet clinic, working on a horse farm, caring for her own pets, as well as her 9 years of employment in the field.
Jayleen (Jay), Client/Patient Care Specialist
Jayleen has been in the small animal veterinary field for the past 25 years. Jayleen has worn many hats throughout the profession, from being a receptionist, to managing a very successful veterinary practice. Jayleen now ensures that all our clients and patients are treated like family. She always enjoys meeting new and old fur babies and their owners.
In her free time, she spends time with her husband, her Border Collie Dakkari, Greyhound Thief, Wheeler and Princess Tabitha her cats, and her beloved horse, Taboo.
Kim Molloy, RVT

Sherry, RVT
Sherry has many years experience as an RVT in both regular and emergency clinics. She has also been teaching for 15 years. Sherry enjoys new challenges and adding to her extensive knowledge base, this includes her recovery CPR, level 3 Fear Free and is currently working on her canine massage therapy certification.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending it with her children and grand-children or at her cottage with her dog Sam.
